Meet Brittany, she struggled with over 40+ anxiety symptoms. Here were her symptoms: • Nausea and dizziness 24/7 for days on end • Feeling faint • Lethargic • Pressure headaches • Hard to take deep breaths • Chest pain/tightness • Heart palpitations/flutters for no reason • Rumble of panic beneath the surface. Internal shaking/vibration. • Tingly fingers/toes • Fearing the worst case scenario • Feeling very alone and trapped • Regular panic attacks • Ear ringing • Eye twitching • Blurry vision, unable to focus on TV or screens • Difficulty walking to the bathroom in the middle of the night due to vision issues. • Visual patterns were triggering. • Sudden classic vertigo • DPDR. Jaw pain with tension from talking. • Unable to handle new responsibilities or perception that someone needs something from me. Overwhelmed. • Inability to relax, let alone experience joy. Numbing of complex, positive emotions such as hope, gratitude or happiness. • Eating feels like a chore or I'd do it in hopes it will magically make me feel better. • Weight loss • Random abdominal pain • Morning anxiety • In constant fight or flight mode. Easily startled, upset, or dysregulated • Typical tools of regulation are not working (journaling, meditation, etc) • Lack of motivation.
