How to do a Kettlebell Goblet Squat

Looking for an exercise that you can do with a kettlebell? In this video, learn how to do a Kettlebell Goblet Squat. • Stand up straight, holding the kettlebell in front of your chest with both hands. Keep the elbows close to your body. Start squatting by pushing your heels into the ground while sitting your hips back into a 90 degree bend at the hips and knees. Keep the kettlebell at chest height and your chest up.
