Is Quillen good after the Buffs ASMR Edition 🙊 Arena of Valor

Quillen received a pretty substantial buff on the new AOV update, Claves Sancti, Quillen's absolute main item, was nerfed, however. So I decided to try Quillen out with his new skin Quillen Wicked Arm to see if the buff was enough to compensate or make him even better! Turns out he definitely seems stronger now, as you'll see in this very nice Quillen gameplay I had on my livestream yesterday. I am able to completely one-shot the enemy marksman and we all know how OP all marksmen are currently in AOV so Quillen seems to be very well positioned in the meta again!
