Whimsyshire Rainbow Portrait Drop Location and Gameplay in Diablo 3

The Whimsyshire Rainbow Portrait cosmetic item drops from Sir William in Whimsyshire. In this video, I don't initially notice that I killed Sir William, but if you notice at the start, he is the named Teddy Bear on the right side of the screen. Sir William is a random spawn in Whimsyshire so you may need to reset several times to find him. His location is also random. It is important to note that this is the version of Whimsyshire you access through the Staff of Herding, not the version you access through a Rainbow Goblin.
