Quick video showing how to get to this area for anybody who doesn't know. • To get here, you simply need to complete the Gateway Between World's bounty from Petra for the Offering to the Oracle. Once you go to the Oracle Engine to present the offering, a portal will open up sending you to the Queen's Court. • My PC setup is nothing too crazy at all, but the specs are: • i7-8700, GTX 1070, 16GB DDR4-3000 Ram, 256GB SSD, 2TB HDD. • Allows me to run max settings at constant 60FPS while recording.
