Kleine Bauernkruste Brot Rezept für den Römertopf®

This is one of my favorite bread recipes. That's why I do not want to keep it from you. :-) • I use a Thermomix® to knead the heavy bread dough. But you can also use another good food processor or - for an extra fitness training - even lend a hand. ;-) • You need the following ingredients: • 260g of water • 15g fresh yeast • 5g sugar beet syrup • 300g wheat flour 550er • 75g wheat flour 1050s • 45g rye flour 1150s • 1 1/2 tbsp oil • 1 tsp salt • Bread spices as desired (eg ground cumin, coriander, anise ...). • In the original recipe is still baking malts as an ingredient. I just did not have that in the house.
