If you have ever forgotten to thaw out frozen ground meat, this hack will save dinner for you! • You can easily cook frozen meat right in the the Instant Pot. • Get all the tips and troubleshooting here: https://amindfullmom.com/instant-pot-... • This works best with a flat package of ground meat (1-2 inches thick) • Directions: • Cover bottom of pot with 1 1/2 cup cold water. Add in trivet and place frozen or fresh ground meat directly on trivet. • Put the lid on the Pressure Cooker and turn valve to seal. • Set to High Pressure for 20 minutes. • Once finished cooking, do a quick release and then with pot holders, carefully remove trivet from Instant Pot. • Discard cooking liquid and grease and break up ground beef using a spatula into desired size. Use as desired.
