Bay Area Underpinning had the pleasure to lift this home for Arlene Steve in Vacaville, CA. Arlene contacted us and mentioned that they had recently purchased a home and could feel from walking from one side to the other that the floors were sloping and uneven. This home had a slab foundation, which in this case our plans also called for slab piers to be installed. • Todd, the Project Estimator on this project surveyed the home and found that there was foundation settlement along the back left side of the home. Roughly 2 to 4.5 of the home settled in this area.
