We prepare this delicious vegetarian casserole as follows: • Ingredients: • 1 large zucchini cut into small slices • 6 potatoes cut into small slices • 1 onion finely chopped • 1 packet of cream • 3 sliced beefsteak tomatoes • 1 tbsp paprika paste • Spices: 3 heaped tsp vegetable broth, 1 tsp oreganum, 1 tsp thyme • 2 tablespoons freeze-dried herbsWe prepare this delicious vegetarian casserole as follows: • Ingredients: • 1 large zucchini cut into small slices • 6 potatoes cut into small slices • 1 onion finely chopped • 1 packet of cream • 3 sliced beefsteak tomatoes • 1 tbsp paprika paste • Spices: 3 heaped tsp vegetable broth, 1 tsp oreganum, 1 tsp thyme • 2 tablespoons freeze-dried herbs or fresh herbs • grated cheese • Organic coconut oil for frying • Preparation: • First, sauté the onions in coconut oil until they start to brown. Then add potatoes and zucchini and fry for 5 minutes. Now add the cream and the tomato paste. Stir and mix well, then simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Then let it simmer for another 5 minutes to reduce the sauce a bit. • Put the vegetable mixture in a large casserole dish and sprinkle with the herbs and mix. Now cover with the fresh tomatoes and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven on a medium setting at 175°C for about 30 minutes until the cheese has melted and is golden. • Complete.
