Risotto with dried porcini mushrooms • Here is the recipe in detail: • For 4 people • TOTAL TIME: 45 mins • Preparation: 20 mins • Cooking time: 25 mins • Ingredients : • 250 g Risotto rice (Carnaroli or Arborio) • 25 g Dried porcini mushrooms • 1 shallot • 60 g Butter • 8 cl dry white wine • 1 Cube of chicken stock • salt pepper • 40 g grated Parmesan • 1 tbsp. tbsp Olive oil • Salt • Pepper • Step 1: Rinse the mushrooms then soak them in lukewarm water for 30 minutes. • Drain them and cut them into strips.
