Jamie Oliver Inspired Deconstructed Lasagne

Jamie Oliver recipes are always a hit in my family, and they are versatile enough to swap out ingredients to make the recipe suit you. That's what I did with Jamie's Comfort Food Recipe for Raviolo Bolognese. • (FULL RECIPE BELOW) • Subscribe here: • https://bit.ly/2UJLBcZ • Also @grumpyhomechef can be found on: • Instagram -   / grumpyhomec.  . • Facebook -   / grumpyhomechef   • Pinterest - https://www.pinterest.com.au/grumpyho... • Website - https://www.grumpyhomechef.com • Recipe • Ingredients: • For Mince Sauce • 500 g mince • oil • one onion • one carrot • one stick celery • 100ml of red wine • 1 tin of tomatoes • 50 g of parmesan cheese, plus extra to serve • For Tomato Sauce • 1 tin of tomatoes • oil • fresh basil • For the Pasta • Fresh Lasagne sheets (cut into slices) • Method • Meat Sauce • 1. Place meat in a large pan with glug of oil. Pinch of salt and pepper. Cook for 20 minutes until meat has colour. • 2. Add vegetables and cook for a further 10 minutes. • 3. Add the red wine and cook the alcohol away. • 4. Pour in the tomatoes and mix. • 5. Boil and then reduce to a simmer for 1 hour or until super thick. • 6. Remove from heat and cool. • 7. Stir in cheese. • For the Tomato Sauce • 1. Add tomatoes and oil to a pan, season with salt and pepper. • 2. Tear in fresh basil. • 3. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. • For the Pasta. • 1. Cook as directed on the packet • When ready to serve, reheat the meat, and serve layered as you would a lasagne.
