This time we show you what is defined by the Portuguese as the Capital of the North and there are also those who consider it the most beautiful city in Portugal. We were there for a short weekend, but despite the short time we got to visit many of the main places of interest (Sao Bento Station, Capela das Animas, Igreja do Carmo, Igreja dos Clerigos, Livraria Lello, Jardim do Palacio de Cristal , Praça da Ribeira, Dom Luis I Bridge), we fell in love with Portuguese food, especially for the delicious Pastèis de Nata, now famous all over the world and we even tasted the renowned Vinho do Porto in the twin town of Vila Nova de Gaia.
