The purpose is to show cooks of all levels that cooking from scratch is much easier than they may think. • Easy Rice Pudding Recipe: • Serves 3-4 • Ingredients: • 1/2 cup long-grain white rice • ⅓ cup sugar • ¼ tsp salt • 3.5 cups whole milk • 2 tsp vanilla paste • ¼ cup heavy cream • Directions: • Place rice in a nonstick pan, and add the sugar, salt, and milk. Give that a stir and bring to a simmer over medium heat, then reduce to medium low and cook for 35 minutes until the rice is soft and the liquid has cooked down a lot. Make sure it never comes to a full rolling boil, and stir every five minutes. • Turn the heat off and add the vanilla paste and heavy cream. • Chill the rice pudding for at least 4 hours, then the rice pudding can be served. Enjoy!
