My mother in law told me this recipe. This method is followed in Satara side of Maharashtra. This is very easy and simple recipe. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe. • Ingredients: • • 4~5 Bringles • • 2 big finely chopped Onions • • 1/2 cup Roasted peanut powder • • Salt to taste • • 4~5 shredded Garlic cloves • • 1 tbsp Kanda lasun masala • • 1 tbsp Red chili powder • • Finely chopped Coriander leaves • • Oil • Method: • • In a bowl take onion. • • Add roasted peanut powder, coriander leaves, kanda lasun • masala, red chili powder, garlic and salt to taste. • • Mix everything well together. • • Add a little water and make thick mixture so as to fill it easily in • bringle. • • Do not add much water. 2-3 tsp water is enough. • • Take bringle and cut off its stalk. Do not cut the stalk completely. • • Give a plus sign shape cut to bringle.
