If I talk about the location of this place, then this place is 5 kilometers to the east of Gujgaon village located on the Warora-Chimur National Highway in Chimur Taluka of Chandrapur District of Maharashtra. If you want to go here from Nagpur or Chandrapur. So the distance from Nagpur to Ramdegi is 115 kms. And the distance from Chandrapur to Dirt is about 75 kms. Ramdegi, also known as Sangharamagiri, is part of the buffer zone of Chandrapur Tadoba Tadoba national park. And being near the Tadoba Tiger Reserve, the view of the green hills here fascinates the mind. Due to this place being a National Tiger Reserve, employees of the Forest Department are present here for security. Every year, along with tourists from Vidarbha, school trips from many places also come here in large quantities. This place is heavily visited by tourists during the holidays. Wild animals like tiger, leopard, bear, deer can also be seen here. It is said about the history of Ramdegi that when Shri Ramji got four years of exile and Ramji was on exile, then Shri Ram and Sita ji stayed at this place for some time and here they did reality. The Ramdegi area was created in 1955 and is a part of the Tadoba Sanctuary. There is an ancient temple here. This temple is made of black stones.
