Most refreshing and energizing drink you could have to beat the summer heat. • KALA KHATTA • Ingredients • 1 cup kala khatta syrup • Ice cubes as required • Juice of 1 lemon • Salt to taste • Black salt for sprinkling • Fresh mint sprigs for garnishing • Method • 1. Crush together ice cubes, lemon juice and salt coarsely. • 2. Divide the crushed ice mixture into individual glasses. Sprinkle black salt and pour 4 tablespoons kala khatta syrup in each. • 3.
