These are exercises to help increase mid foot supination and relative forefoot pronation. These exercises can be used to mobility and strengthen the arch of the foot as well • 👣 • 1️⃣- passive mobilization- this will help limber up the joints and tissue in the forefoot. Simply push down on the outer forefoot while maintaining a vertical heel • . • 2️⃣forefoot pronation in stride. Picked this up from @vinnierehab a few weeks ago when he was showing me some foot motion tips. This can be done by actually stepping forward or just pushing the knee forward and slightly out to the side • . • 3️⃣pushing the knee into the wall to hold the band plus pronating the forefoot is excellent technique to improve overall stability in the bottom of the squat.
