If you are a company administrator, you can manage and create new user profiles. Choose Profile and then click the name of your company. Select the User's tab, click Add, click New User. Enter in the user information and confirm the login e mail address and click Save. Under Roles and permissions, you can allow users to create and manage other profiles and to create new billing account numbers. Once you have made your permission selections, choose the user group. You can choose business center user groups or custom groups. In this example, we will choose the business center user groups. To give the user access to all permissions check Full Business Center Access or you can give them access by function. We will choose Full Business Center Access. Choose to link an existing business direct username to this profile or create a new one. If you choose to create a new business direct user name, you will have to choose the applications you want to be created. The default is set to select all applications, then you can choose to either provision now so the user's applications are activated now, or provision later. We will select, Yes, I want to link to an existing business direct user profile. Then expand the Add a Business Direct user profile. The search profile opens. We will search by partial BusinessDirect user ID, then choose the profile we want from the list and select Add. Click Save to create the user. You will see a SUCCESS message once the user is created, click Ok. There is a second step to provision the applications you have given to the user. Go to the User's tab from the profile menu, find your user and choose View User Profile from the menu. In this example, we will choose Test User. Select the Widgets and Tools tab, select Provision Applications, and set up each application for the user. Choose Add from the drop down next to each application you want to set up.
