A video from the Mimori-Kiyosue laboratory at RIKEN’s Center for Biosystems Dynamics Research. • Labelling these colorectal cancer-derived Caco2 cells with Lifeact-RFP allow their actin filaments to be visualized using Lattice Light-Sheet Microscopy (LLSM).
