In addition there are 10 one bedroom residences and 12 three bedroom residences. • The one bedroom residences at The Hyatt are 890 sq. ft. and sleep up to 4 with a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen convertible sofa sleeper in the living room. • The two bedroom residences are roughly 1180 sq. ft. and all feature ocean views. These can be reserved as “lower,” “middle,” or “upper” floor villas. The lower floors are guaranteed to be on floors 1-4, the middle floors are guaranteed to be on floors 5-8, and the upper floors are guaranteed to be on floors 9-12. The master bedroom can sleep 2 with the king size bed. In addition, 2 more can sleep on the queen convertible sofa sleeper in the living room. Finally, there is additional sleeping for up to 3 in the guest bedroom with one queen size bed and one twin love seat pullout, which brings the total 2 bedroom sleeping capacity up to 7. • The 12 three bedroom residences are truly some of the most incredible resort accommodations on all of Maui. Each three bedroom is approximately 2100 sq. ft. and can sleep up to 11 total guests. The master bedroom features a king size bed, the first bedroom features a queen bed and a twin loveseat pullout, and the second guest bedroom has two double beds. In addition, the living room has a queen convertible sofa sleeper. These are split into “lower” and “upper” floors with the lower floor residences comprising floors 1-4 and the upper floor residences comprising floors 5-12. • The residence club has its own main pool area along with a zero-entry children’s pool and an adult infinity edge pool. Beachfront cabanas are available for rent and poolside drinks and food are available from the Pau Huakai Tiki Bar. The Lahaina Provision Company in the residence club lobby prepares casual bites to eat and locally inspired snacks, along with the usual sundries and souvenirs.
