See the simple steps and ingredients to make home-made rye bread in your bread machine. • Ingredients: Makes a 1 1/2 lb loaf • 1 cup of water • 1/4 cup of sour cream (mix this into the water) • 1 1/2 TBSP Vegetable Oil • 2 TBSP Molasses • 1 1/2 Tsp salt • 1 TBSP Caraway seeds • 2 cups bread flour • 1 1/4 cups rye flour Plus 2 TBSP rye flour • 1 TBSP instant yeast • Use the wheat bread setting.
