After graduating from Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music with a degree in composition, he worked as a composer for many TV dramas, stages, movies, and commercials. He has also worked as a TV anchor. • • 00:31 Skyscraper Town • This is a test for two qualities. One is for vertical linearity: the vertical lines should look straight and undistorted. The second is for cross-color aberration: there should be a minimum of “rainbow” color effects. • 00:41 Clock • The metallic pieces should look like metal, not wood or plastic. • 00:57 Rock Cliff Waves • How fine is the rock surface? Can the spray of the waves be seen clearly? • 01:21 Wind-surfing • Is the color of the sail reproduced faithfully?
