I'll show you how I perform soft tissue release on the tensor fasciae latae (TFL) and Psoas muscles for Meralgia Paresthetica treatment. Typically some SMT to the lumbopelvic area is an appropriate adjunct treatment as well as Lateral Femoral Cutaneous Nerve flossing, tensioning, gliding, hip stretching, and pelvic stability exercises. If you're suffering from Meralgia Paresthetica, know that 90% of cases will resolve with conservative (think chiropractic) care! Many cases of MP will probably resolve with home exercises, which you can find in our video linked at the end of this one :) • This video was meant to show you a little bit of the treatment I perform in the office for this condition. You can check out our channel for SMT and exercises if you're curious what those look like as well. One of the easiest things you can do to help decompress the Lateral Femoral Cutaneous Nerve is to loosen your waist or belt and stand up! Meralgia Paresthetica is a nerve entrapment or compression problem. Those couple of things can help eliminate outside factors that are creating a compressive environment. • If you want to read more about Meralgia Paresthetica, Lateral Femoral Cutaneous Nerve pain, and read my 3 part blog series where I answer all your questions, you can do that here - https://www.jasonwilliamschiro.com/ca... • Follow me on Facebook and get updates on new content first! You can find me on Facebook here -   / drjasontwilliamsdc   • If you want to skip to a specific soft tissue release to see how I perform it, I break the video into chapters here: • 00:00 - Intro • 00:58 - TFL muscle Release • 01:37 - Psoas Muscle Release
