I don't believe these U joints where every changed as they did not come out easy at all. The biggest set back with doing any U joints is just getting them out as they seize over time. The easiest way I found to remove U joints instead of using a press is to use a ball joint tool. Using the ball joint tool allows you to have more flexibility
