This was a day when we had some extra time on our recent trip around the Salton Sea tour. We cruised the main drag in Blythe and has a good meal at the local Sizzler. This town looks like it never really recovered from the economy collapse in 2008. There are a lot of either closed up store fronts or just abandoned properties and buildings plus a shopping center or 2.
