So this is a quick video of the mods I did to my snowblower. • I used an electric window regulator and fitted a 1/2 conduit coupler and pipe. I removed the old handle and just fit the conduit onto the old pipe. I found a twist bracket that I found at Lowes in the decking dept. and mounted it behind the electric start switch. I ran the 2 wires up to a DPDT switch. This switch reverses the polarity like a window switch in a car to make it go left to right. • http://rollertrol.com/images/schemati... • The LED lights i mounted to the side of the machine with existing wholes on the machine. I than ran a relay and found a nice rocker switch to keep it inline with the rocker switch I used for the chute. • These are FLOOD lights not Spot lights. I wanted a wide area to be seen. • http://i1372.photobucket.com/albums/a... • The heated hand grips I have a DIY video which ill post a link here. • • DIY Heated Hand Grips on a Honda HS82... • The battery box i used is a Harbor Freight Amo box. I ran 2 L brackets i had from old Ikea cabinets and a piece of wood. • The only cutting I did was for the rocker switches on the plastic. Everything else can be put back to OEM. If you guys have any questions comment below and subscribe. I will be putting in a voltage regulator on the snowblower so it can charge the battery while the snowblower is on.
