He was hunchbacked and just walking was a challenge to him. The king had tried everything known to treat and fix the prince’s back, all in vain. Even dark and occultism methods were used on despair. Nothing could change the prince’s fate. He would be known as the hunchback king after his crowning. Of course, the prince was not a bad person, or did anything wrong to deserve carrying that sign. • Someday, after a trade pact was signed-off between the prince’s reign and a neighbor nation, a gift was sent to the king to show the other king’s appreciation for the new treaty. The best artisans from the foreign country created a marvelous sculpture of the prince. Since the prince’s condition was unknown by them as they only knew him through a painting, they made a perfect natural-sized whole-body statue of the prince. It was a magnificent piece-of-art, made of a rare marble to endure for centuries. When the king saw it he got furious, he said it was an outrageous act from the other country, an irony directed to his family. The king was on the verge to declare war against the other nation and just ordered to destroy that statue. However, when the prince put his eyes on it, his face filled full of tears, and immediately he asked to his father to accept this gift instead and to put it on his personal garden. The king was confused, but his son’s tears made him change his mind. So, the sculpture was installed over a masonry high pedestal in the prince’s garden and no war was ever declared. • Every morning, the first thing the prince did after he woke up for over several years was to walk to his statue, stay before it and admire it for a couple of hours. This daily routine became a daily ceremony, then a ritual. After some months, an amazing and marvelous thing started happening: the hunchback was disappearing a few millimeters each month. The prince's healing journey exceeded all expectations. It highlights the boundless power of God, who can work wonders beyond human comprehension. The prince actively sought healing. He asked for healing through his daily ritual of admiring the statue. He sought it by consistently walking to the garden and knocking on the door of his own potential for wholeness.
