Lagombi Freestyle Hunt 401 MHRise Paralysis Charge Blade

This is a lagombi hunt using paralysis charge blade in Monster Hunter Rise. The high rank quest was 'Even Cute Things Have Fangs'. Drop like if you enjoyed the video. Consider subscribing if you are new to the channel. • Hunter report: • -I did attempt a few TA runs, meaning without buddies, all of them were 5 minutes or longer, so I opted to do this run with buddies. My fastest time was 3'41(with buddies), but I couldn't recreate it since I wasn't recording that particular run. • -I'm using paralysis to loop para and ko since lagombi is mobile. I want to keep it locked down for as long as possible for that damage. • -For the ramp up skills, attack 4 loses some damage on css chops, but it causes your phial damage to be 20+, leading into more kos, converting into more para opportunities. • Mistakes • -This run was far from perfect. Counting the number of hits I took, I could have shaved off 30 seconds, but 4 minutes seems to be the sweet spot for 'good' times as an average. • -Buddies were using blast and sleep. Sleep didn't proc during the hunt, so it would have been better to run damage like fire or hunker down on more status. • -during the wyvern ride, I could have extended it to hit lagombi and get more wall bangs, but that would have taken more time since my weapon deals about the same damage in a faster amount of time. I just wanted the monsters to leave the area. This decision did leave some damage on the table. • -I made several incorrect predictions. Granted in a formal time attack hunt, I would have made more accurate calls since lagombi would only be focusing me. • #mhrise #chargeblade #lagombi
