Today’s training tip is called a spider crawl. This is a great exercise and especially true for warm-ups. It’s a very effective exercise to develop your entire body focusing on your core strength and movement coordination. • The spider crawl exercise consists in “crawling” the floor life an insect or animal. It’s basically moving like Spiderman on the floor. • You want to make sure that your knee doesn’t pass the hip area as you are “crawling” the floor. • While performing this exercise, you want to keep your muscles engaged. Everything needs to work as one. You need to first crawl going forward and as soon as you reach the wall you move backwards. • One you get better at it, you can move faster or even drop your body lower.
