My friends and I decided to build a dry stack concrete block bbq grill. This is an easy project that initially took us 30 minutes to build. This was done fast because it has no mortar just dry stack cinder blocks. Eventually I would improve the performance of the barbecue grill by utilizing convection and conducting heat. I have cooked lots of things on this bbq grill and it works perfectly with no issues. It's outperforming my gas grill with better tasting meat due to the wood burning. Once you get the wood fire going its easy to manage the cooking temperature.
