Even though ADoFaI is a one button game, any button on your keyboard will act as a keypress. This is why in the tutorial section the dialogue speaks about using both hands instead of just one finger. I promptly ignored it and continued to use one hand, only to humbly return to my AD/LMB split so that I can do the very fast movements. I could probably manage without, but why make things hard for yourself?
