Welcome to my ghetto Lenovo Legion 5 Pro Review. It was all shot on an iPhone XS Max: some free hand and some on a tripod. Sleep = 5w. Cinebench R23 (all cores) = 133w. Cinebench R23 (all cores) + TimeSpy at the same time = 252w. Those are the max values I saw running for like 5 min. CPU clock speeds were around 3.98 ghz. This is probably an unrealistic workload though so my guess 230w should be fine for like 99% of the time. I ran the same cinebench R23 + Timespy on the 230w power supply and it would pull 233w at times.
