Here's how you can remove a stuck blade plug. • WARNING: It's possible to accidentally damage the wiring of your hilt with this method. It's also possible that your blade plug may get scratched up during the removal. Attempt at your own risk. • How to Remove a Stuck Blade Plug • 1. Remove the pommel and hang the battery pack to the side. • 2. Find a long, narrow plastic (NOT metal) piece like a utensil or chopstick. Make sure to choose a piece that won't get stuck on the inside of your hilt. For example, a pen cap could easily get jammed inside. • 3. Gently push the utensil into the hilt until it hits the LED module, avoiding the wiring AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE along the way. • 4. Finally, GENTLY push the utensil against the LED module until the blade plug loosens. Don't force it or you risk damaging your hilt.
