Pelger-Huët anomaly, also known as Pelger-Huët nuclear anomaly or pseudo-Pelger-Huët anomaly, is a rare genetic disorder characterized by abnormal-shaped white blood cells called neutrophils. Neutrophils normally have multi-lobed nuclei, but in Pelger-Huët anomaly, the nuclei appear more rounded and less segmented, resembling the nuclei of mature cells from the myeloid series. • #IvyPDC
