Raw Or Cooked Vegetables • https://drthomaslodi.com/cooked-versu... • The question of raw or cooked vegetables can be answered in short order. There is a big distinction between the two nutritionally and I will explain here. • People should be eating a lot of raw vegetables and not cooking them. Eat salads with raw veggies including; broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, sprouts, and tomatoes. • Cooking your vegetables will destroy the nutrient content and render them useless nutritionally! • I don’t recommend eating animal products for many reasons but if you are someone that just have to have some fish or meat, eat a large salad with raw vegetables first and eat the animal product last. • The reason you want to eat the raw veggies first is you will full. Secondly, the animal product or fish gets absorbed and digested easily as a result of systemic enzymes from the raw veggies. • When a person eats animals products the pancreas has a lot of work to do. It has this work to do because cooking animal products or any cooking any food causes the enzymes to be destroyed. • Without these enzymes, the pancreas has to do a lot of extra work and this is not a good thing. When people eat raw food, there ends up being a surplus of systemic enzymes in the pancreas that can be used all over the body. • The majority of people lack systemic enzymes. Inflammation starts to develop when people are deficient with systemic enzymes. That is why certain people start taking these enzymes to try to reduce the effects of their inflammation. • • The problem is people who suffer from inflammation consume cooked food versus raw food. If they could reverse their diet and consume raw food as the majority and cooked food as the minority then the inflammation and many other ailments would vanish. •    • Food and Cancer   •    / @drthomaslodi
