Cook until sugar dissolves. • -Add food color and mix well. • -Add apple slices, lemon juice and cardamom powder, mix it. • -Cover and cook until apples are soft and sugar syrup is thick. (Approx. 30-35 minutes) and let it cool. • -Apple murabba is ready. • Tips: • -You can store at room temperature or refrigerate. • -Always use clean and dry jars. • -Don’t use wet or used spoon. • Recipe in Urdu: • Ajza: • -Paani (Water) 2 cups • -Cheeni (Sugar) 2 cups • -Laung (Cloves) 4 • -Zarde ka rang (Food color) 1 pinch • -Saib (Golden apples) cut peeled ½ kg medium • -Leemo ka rus (Lemon juice) 1 tbs • -Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp • Direction: • -Apples ko cut ker k peel karein aur apple slices ko namak walay pani mein 15 minutes kliya chor dein. • (Namak (salt) ½ tsp + pani (water) cold 2 cup or as required) • -Pot mein pani,cheeni aur laung dal ker ubal anay aur cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein. • -Zarde ka rang dal ker mix karein. • -Saib ka slices,leemo ka rus aur elaichi powder dal ker mix ker lein. • -Dhak ker saib gul janay aur sheera garha hunay tak paka lein. (Approx.30-35 minutes) aur thanda ker lein. • -Saib ka murabba tayyar hai. • Tips: • -App is ko room temperature mein store ker sakte han ya phr refrigerate ker lein. • -Hamasha saaf aur sukha jar istamal karein. • -Geela or jhoota chamcha istamal na karein. • • -
