This Processing art tutorial video is a recreation of Vera Molnar's Structures de quadrilatères (Square Structures) from 1986. As far as I know, the work has not been sold and is in Vera Molnar's possession. The image is a screen photograph or various photographs, each 9 x 13 cm. • Vera Molnar is a pioneer in computer art and a huge inspiration, especially her use of randomness, as a way of intuition. • This tutorial is suitable for beginners and the intermediate level. I wrote the Processing code in a rather short time and made use of a quad(x1,y1,x2,y2,x3,y3,x4,y4) nested in several for() loops. Perhaps the most characteristic about this code is the array of colors and its location in the code.
