Here is how my 30 day challenge went. My routine was 1st day 200 pull ups 2nd day was 300 push ups. And than repeat for 30 days straight. I got a lot stronger and went from doing 6-7 pull ups to doing 13 in a row. And I went from doing 8-12 push ups to doing 35 in a row.
