I mean, crispy bread coating, flavorful marinara sauce, and bubbling mozzarella -- what's not to love about this dish? There's only one way to improve on it, and that's by making it yourself. • Sarah's Tip of the Day: • Thin cutlets are the key to getting your chicken parm just right, since the chicken will cook through quickly and evenly. I like to buy chicken breasts, then slice and pound them into cutlets myself -- it's super easy and less expensive.
