Sodium-glucose cotransporter-2 (SGLT2) inhibitors is a new class of Oral Hypoglycemic Drug. Usually this category of drug is known as Gliflozins and use in the management of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. Recently, few drugs under SGLT2 inhibitors recommended by EU in the management of Type 1 DM along with insulin. • In this lecture we will cover the following topics: • 1.
