Tacos de carne molida

Today we had visitors and I made them ground beef #Tacos, I feel very happy because they liked it so much 🥰 • There are endless ways to prepare tacos, in this video I show you a very special one for me because it is the way my mom makes them at home. I like them a lot for their flavor and because they are relatively easy to make, but also bc they bring back many good memories. • For the tortillas: • 2 cups nixtamalized cornmeal • 1 pinch of salt • 2 cups of water, add little by little until you feel a good consistency in the dough • Meat: I know that looks very oniony, but I swear you don't feel the taste of onion, I'm very picky about that.
