E-Collar Technologies EZ-900 Educator Low level Stimulation test. My 6 year old grandson Cayden was curious about the level of stimulation I was using on Bo our golden retriever. I tried to explain the best way I could but then Caden ask me to test it on his hand. I train Bo at level 17. I used instant mode to increase the level from 0 to 35 on Caydens finger tips and it was perfectly safe. Cayden said he felt it on his finger tips and it tingled like when you wake up and part of your hand is asleep but only at his finger tip. This is proof that using low level blunt stimulation provided by E-collar technologies remote trainers is safe and effective.
