A great buttercream is lust, silky, smooth, pipeable and has a luscious texture. Buttercream frosting can be intimidating, and time-consuming.🍰🎂🍨 • Italian buttercream is made with egg whites and sugar, and sugar syrup cooked to at least the soft ball stage (240°F) is poured into it with the mixer running.
