The recipe for this pointed cabbage salad was the product of a spontaneous cleanup in my refrigerator. The fruit and vegetable compartment overflowed again and lacked any basic order. So I set out to clean up the mess. In the process, I came across a pointed cabbage that I had bought at some point and that had then probably wandered further and further into the farthest corner of the compartment. It was supposed to be a stew a few weeks ago, but it was way too warm for that now.
