UPDATE / DISCLAIMER: I did not write this song to offend anyone or belittle the severe health issue of obesity. I do understand people can gain weight for any number of reasons, and I also know sometimes those reasons are completely out of the person's control. I wrote these lyrics to emphasize the aspects of weight gain that are more in our own control.
