In the old day's, Grandma did not have Aspartame or High Fructose Corn Syrups and all of those other man made chemicals. • Step 1. Scoop your ice cream into your blender - you will need about 4 or 5 full scoops, The more you use the thicker the shake! • Step 2. Pour vanilla extract along with the milk into the blender. • Step 3. Add two heapings of malted (optional) - Don't have Malt, use Ovaltine instead. • step 4. choose your favorite fruit such as strawberries, banana's, mango's. • Step 5.
