Edit: Since uploading this video, users online have validated 16gb support for the R830 using specific kits. This is one of those kits: https://amzn.to/2rIrgur • Upgrading to 8GB. Normal users probably won't use even the 4GB that comes stock in this model, however since it comes as a single stick you are running single channel bandwidth.
