HYDERABADI MURG PULAO • Cooking Time: 35 mins • Prep Time: 12 mins • Serves: 2 • Ingredients: • •Rice: 200 gms • •Onion 1 • •Whole Spices (cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf) • •Chicken: 100gms • •Red Chilli Powder: 1 tsp • •Salt • •Oil • •Water • •Turmeric: 1 tsp • •Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 tsp • Method: • 1. Cut the chicken into small pieces and marinate it with salt, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric, and oil. Pre-heat the baking tray on convection mode at 180°C and bake the chicken for 15 minutes. • 2. In a glass bowl add rice, whole spices, and sliced onion on 100% micro power for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, give the rice a slight mix to cook it evenly. When the rice is cooked, just mix the chicken in it. Heat the rice with chicken for 5 mins at 100° micro power level. • 3.
