In this video we'll check out the aging Swiss Business Class product aboard their Airbus A330-300 from their hub in Zurich through to Dubai. • Whilst expectations weren't massively high for this one given the age of the cabin, design and aircraft itself, the key question was always going to be whether it was old but still gold... • All in all, a decent flight supported by a great transit experience through Zurich. Despite the age of the cabin, the product still stands up pretty well to business class expectations in 2023 with seat comfort and the service being key standout elements. For sure, with such an old design there were issues. Storage and privacy weren't great, this was compounded by certain seats also not having direct isle access. That said, only a minority of seats were impacted by this given the highly unusual seating layout. • Swiss are due a significant cabin refresh in 2025 alongside Lufthansa. Post that, I'd expect them to be a really strong carrier and one to look out for.
