I decided to try out the Liqui Moly Ceratec engine treatment for my 2007 Land Rover Range Rover L322. After about 2,000 miles of driving the biggest difference I've noticed is a .7 MPG increase in fuel! I am shocked .. someone said perhaps I had sticky lifters and this helped?
